Emily started at the Next Jump Boston office as an intern in the summer of 2008 and joined full time after graduating from MIT in 2009.

Since joining, she has made an impact on many teams from member organization sites such as AARP and MasterCard, driving revenue through email campaigns, working on various internal tools to increase productivity, improve management systems, and increase transparency and feedback within the company, to administrative tools for clients.

Emily has led many culture initiatives including leading the Boston office to their first dance competition win.
