Next Jump culture is a laboratory for personal growth. Some cultural initiatives provide an opportunity for Next Jumpers to push themselves and test their judgment. Others provide inspiration and exposure to experts and peers who can share their experiences and judgment calls, both good and bad.
Giving back is an important part of live at Next Jump. Whether it is helping our customers solve a problem with a purchase, or developing products for charities that need it, helping others is the right way to do business.
The process begins with a conversation. We're interested in how you think and who you are beyond what's on your resume. What drives you? How do you react under stress? Do you learn from your mistakes? Do you show signs of leadership? What are you looking to get out of your experience at Next Jump?
If you seem like a good fit, we'll invite you to a Super Saturday. Super Saturday is a full day event where Next Jumpers volunteer their time to get to know you and you get to know the company. It's a two way street: we want you to know if we're the right fit for you and we'd like to see if you're the right fit for us.
Every Next Jumper contributes to both revenue and culture. Whether, business associate, software engineering, customer service, or office manager, Next Jumpers seek to to improve themselves, help others, and grow the business. Here, your role is important but a Next Jumper is a Next Jumper first.
We bring all of the offices together twice a year for our company party and summer outing. Naturally, we get competitive and sometimes take dance practice a little bit too seriously.
Accepting business and software engineer candidates.
